Since Elon Musk’s purchase of Twitter on October 27, 2022 , its status as a stable social media platform seems to be rapidly imploding. I joined Twitter in 2009 and have had ~8,600 followers for the last few years. 150 of my followers have left the platform since Musk’s purchase five weeks ago.
