Projection mapping, simply put, is using technology to project imagery onto a surface. If you’re using the right eventtechnology, you can see how many people attended and stayed for the session’s duration. . These are technically two KPIs for event strategy, but they’re both valuable metrics for audience engagement. Session Attendance. How many actually attended the session? Sustainability KPIs.
This shift in post-pandemic events has also significantly impacted event budgets. Clients are reducing or adjusting budgets due to the added cost of virtual eventtechnology. This financial change comes as in-person events become too expensive for organizations to host.
On the eventtechnology side, event apps are going to be the ones to watch. Doing Things Right But Still Coming Up Short. I think that cross-functionality is going to help us bridge as we return to reincorporating our in-person audience.
