Virtual events might not be something completely new at this point. But people everywhere are still learning how to navigate all the tech aspects that go into it. While there’s a lot that planners now need to focus on, from engagement to networking and more, we want to talk about something else today. Or rather, someone else. Because much like event profs had to adapt to the new normal, so did presenters and attendees.
Earlier this year I reviewed ( 1 , 2 ) three online conference social platforms: Gatherly , Rally , and Wonder ( the new name for Yotribe since September). Since then, the Gatherly and Rally developers have been hard at work! So here’s a review of the updated versions of these platforms, including comparisons with the relatively unchanged Wonder service.
